# FilterBox (通知滤盒)

> FilterBox is a notification manager for Android by Ruoxin He. It saves every notification to an encrypted, searchable history on the phone, including notifications that were dismissed and messages that were later deleted or recalled. It filters spam and ad notifications with an offline AI that learns from your feedback, and runs custom rules that dismiss, mute, snooze, replace, read aloud, ring like a call, tap action buttons, open, or forward notifications to a webhook.

Key facts:

- Requirements: Android 6.0 or later with notification access; no root needed. The AI filter requires Android 10 or later and at least 6 GB of RAM.
- Privacy: notification history stays on the phone and is never uploaded. The AI filter runs offline. Crash reporting can be turned off in settings.
- Purchase: paid app with a free trial after the first install. Google Play offers a lifetime purchase; installs from other sources can buy a subscription or lifetime license with Alipay. Orders can be refunded within 48 hours.
